Viability Scan

All patients are offered an early viability scan between 7 and 9 weeks gestation and then a “booking visit” at approximately 12 weeks gestation. The early viability scan provides patients with reassurance their pregnancy is on track and helps to identify problems early.

At the booking visit a detailed medical, surgical, gynaecological and obstetric history will be taken and a personalised care plan will be discussed.
